Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through our official website.We accept secure online payments via debit/credit cards, EFT, and mobile payment options.Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery with standard (3-6 business days) and express (2-3 business days) options.Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).Exchanges depend on stock availability.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.To initiate a return, contact us at info@sidewalkstyle.co.za.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.Refunds are issued to the original payment method.Shipping fees are non-refundable.Order IssuesIf you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.We will resolve issues as quickly as possible through replacements or refunds.

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
